Edward N. Port, Esq.

Eward N. Port grew up in Rhode Island. He graduated from the Business School of the University of Miami in 1990 with a BBA in Real Estate/Finance. He went to Michigan and graduated Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1993. His first job was with the Broward County State Attorney's Office where he was a prosecutor. He then went into the private sector wherein he represented major creditors such as Ford Motor Credit, GMAC and Autonation. After a few years, he decided it was time to represent the people. Since then, he has dedicated his time to helping people get out of debt in ways that would be most beneficial to them, including fighting the IRS.

Sean I. Koplow, Esq.

Sean has been practicing  law for over 22 years. He has helped thousands of people just like you to successfully deal with the IRS and begin their lives anew. He has gained a reputation for helping the underdog and those who are at the mercy of circumstances and the economy.

Sean graduated from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York and received his Doctorate in Law from Brooklyn Law School in 1993, immediately going into practice in New York, where he still maintains an office.
